How BR Construction does house foundation
In order to mitigate potential problems, our expertise allows us to effectively identify and correct any deficiencies before concreting. Since a poured concrete foundation can only be effective if concrete forming is done correctly, spotting any deficiencies from the start gives us a good insight on how to proceed. On the day of pour, ready-mix trucks bring 25 MPa concrete on the job site. Depending on the site condition and size of the project, we can either use a pump truck with an extended boom hose, or a trailer pump for jobs with easier access. However, if the foundation design requires precise concreting, we only use a pump truck with an extended boom hose for precise reach. This precision allows us to fill the forms quite easily, as smoothly and evenly as possible.
